For example, B & C was asked to outfit the trucks with radio commuter transmitters that have a range of 1000 kilometers. B & C Body even arranged the delivery, and
helped the customer handle all of the paperwork associated with exporting
equipment from the United States. The contract did not end with the sale of
the package. After the delivery the African organization sent all of their
personnel to Texas for training and B & C Body did all of the training
in-house. Following the training representatives of B & C Body went to
Africa to help the company set up the business such as organizing the
parts and service facility. Basically this was done in an effort to make
sure everything was running smoothly.
